We will do a backup of your site once a month (and before any major update) to ensure that it can always be recovered no matter what happens.

Is my site eligible for a support service?
If you are using WordPress and have one of our designs then the answer is yes! If you are not using one of our designs and would like us to help with WordPress Support & Maintenance contact us.
What do you need to set up support on my site?
After you have selected and purchased your support plan, we will contact you and guide you on safely giving us access to your site. We keep these credentials private and will never share these details with anyone.
Can I use my blog/website during the updates?
Sometimes during the WordPress update, your website may not be up for a couple of minutes. We will usually do the updates during your nighttime so it should not influence your work.
Do you offer 24/7 technical support?
You can usually catch us between 6 AM – 4 PM PDT for the whole week; however, we often check the emails all day long. You never know when emergency help will be needed. Any support tickets submitted during our work time will be responded to within 24 hours unless they need an immediate response. Our usual response time is between 30 min – 2h.
What if I no longer need the support?
If you decide that the support is no longer needed for some reason, you can cancel your monthly support service.
