Availability
We are available for you between 6 AM – 4 PM PDT each day. Any support tickets submitted will be responded to within 24 hours unless they need an immediate response. Our usual response time is between 30 min – 2h. We will be more than happy to assist you with any problems with your site.
Updates
All plugins, WordPress & PHP updates will be done once a month. The update will be done immediately in extraordinary situations like a plugin update that may fix any critical error. For plugins or WordPress updates that may become a problem for your site stability, the update will be postponed until we will be entirely sure that they are safe for your site
Safety
Even though we will make sure to protect your site by keeping it updated and protected by firewall plugins, we cannot guarantee that your site will never be hacked. No site is 100% safe. You should always keep your password protected and do not install any plugins or scripts you are not sure about.
If your site is hacked (which is an extremely rare case), we will use our backup to help you restore it.
Eligibility
Monthly Support Service is currently available only for our past and current customers using WordPress & one of our Premade or custom themes.
Backups
WordPress backups will be done once a month & before each major update. The monthly backup will always be done on the first Monday of each month.
Payments
For the support service, you will be charged automatically every month until canceled. The monthly cost of the support is $50 and can be canceled anytime
Refunds
Due to the unique nature of this service, we do not offer refunds once the work has been done. It means that once backup & updates of your WordPress is done, you will not be able to get a refund for that month. If you decide to cancel your subscription before any work is done, we will gladly send a refund minus any PayPal checkout fees.
